This Chardonnay was harvested from a south-facing, loess soil site in the vicinity of Lesencefalu, processed as simply as possible to preserve the fruity and aromatic characteristics. It was tank-fermented and, unlike in previous years, matured entirely in tanks. A classic style with a lively palate, featuring fresh yellow-fleshed apple and banana notes.
