A light, fresh Irsai Olivér from Balázs Sike’s winery. During the winemaking, the main consideration was to preserve the primary notes, so they used a cooling system during vinification, thus, the fragrant, tender character of the grapes was preserved, which is why this aromatic variety is the favourite of many of us. It is characterized by an intense nose of elderberry, lychee, rose and a refreshing, thirst-quenching palate.
