At the northern edge of Badacsony, near Nemesgulács, this wine is made from ripe Muscat Ottonel grapes and is Balázs Sike’s lightest wine. After brief skin contact, the must was transferred to chilled stainless steel tanks, in which it was fermented to a semi-sweet finish. With just over 25 grams of natural residual sugar and a low 9% of alcohol, this is a truly summery, ethereal wine, bursting with the explosive aromatics of Muscat Ottonel.
