The iconic variety of Balázs Sike’s Skizo series is Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes from Badacsonytördemic, Lesencfalú and Kőröshegy have resulted in a genuinely fresh, fruity wine. Even as must, it was already clear how vibrant and fresh the wine would be. Brimming with citrus, green apple and the aroma of freshly cut grass. A pleasant, light white wine that is well worth serving chilled.
