The estate's iconic wine is harvested from organically cultivated vines in the volcanic vineyards of Szent György Hill. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation in tanks, followed by three months of ageing in 500-litre barrels. Aromas of wildflowers and acacia honey, flavours of ripe apple with a slight saltiness, a soft creamy texture and rich minerality.
