The estate’s iconic wine is harvested from three vineyards on Szent György Hill, spontaneously fermented in tanks, and then aged for three months in 500-litre barrels. Thanks to the volcanic soil and organic cultivation, their Olaszrizling shows a golden-yellow colour, aromas of wildflowers and acacia honey, with ripe apple and subtly salty flavours, plus a soft, creamy texture and rich minerality.
