Cabernet Franc harvested from young vines of Loire clones. Spontaneously fermented in vats, then aged for 24 months in 500-litre Boutes and 255-litre Stockinger barrels. A juicy, fruit-forward Cab Franc that is already showing its beautiful character, even when young.

On the nose, it exudes notes of pepper and paprika; while on the palate, it reveals both black and red berries, such as blackberry, strawberry, and cherry, with red apple on the finish.
