On the slopes of Csobánc lies the estate’s finest vineyard, which is rich in basalt. The must of grapes hand-harvested from vines of over 35 years old underwent spontaneous fermentation, and it was aged for 10 months on fine lees in Stockinger barrels.

Varietally pure and elegant, with aromas of creamy white peach and apricot, and flavours of ripe pear and roasted stone fruit. Marked by the precision and ageing potential characteristic of German Rieslings.
