The organically grown Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from Csobánc Hill were manually harvested, then the wine was aged in wooden vats. It was given 10 months of ageing in large oval and French barrels. Cognac cherry pralines, blackcurrant, elegant spiciness, delicious acidity and great balance.
