Organic grape growing, with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon manually-harvested from Csobánc Hill and fermented in wooden vats. Aged for 10 months in large oval and French oak barrels. Distinct notes of brandied cherry, blackcurrant, elegant spiciness and subtle acidity, all in excellent balance.
