The highest located area of Csobánc, with vines planted in 2009 on the soil with basalt rubble. The wine was made in 300-litre barrels, with controlled fermentation, partial malolactic fermentation, and 11 months of ageing in barrels made by the Francois Fréres cooperage in Burgundy. The barrels are made near the town of Saint-Romain, using a sophisticated process and were dried for three years. The wine has a golden colour, fragrant apple and juicy peach on the nose, then subtle saltiness and green apple on the palate. The face of the variety known in Burgundy returns in this wine. Fine barrel spices, full of elegance.
