It’s the winery’s most important single varietal wine, harvested from young plantations. It was spontaneously fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, then aged for 10 months in the winery’s most valuable and spectacular oval barrels. It has an expressive and easy to love floral, almost perfumed nose, behind which there are phosphorous and classic Riesling notes. The palate with its lively acidity is strongly mineral and has a long finish.
