A great classic from the Csobánc estate.

Alongside fruit harvested from the young vines of Káptalantóti-Csobánc, the outstanding fruit from Kápolna Hill also enriches the one-star Riesling in 2025. Following hand harvesting, the grapes are processed as quickly as possible in the gravity-flow winery to minimise oxidation, then fermented spontaneously in tank and aged for eight months in the cellar’s oval Stockinger barrels.

A wine balancing varietal expression and site character. Crystal-clear flavours, peach blossom and stone fruit on the nose, with long-lasting flavours. A truly grand-wine feel.
