The one-star Sauvignon Blanc, made this time without using any oak, was fermented and aged completely in tanks. Alongside the other vineyards, the organic transition has begun on the one-and-a-half-hectare plot of Fekete-Bács, which provides the raw material for this wine. Refreshing nose and palate with stoniness and varietal notes. Tropical and citrus fruit, elderberry, gooseberry and cut grass. The crispy acids of the Csobánc are balanced by the 7.8 grams of natural residual sugar.
It used to be made by blending barrel-made and tank-made wines. Gravity-flow processing, spontaneous fermentation, DIAM corks.
“That one-and-a-half hectare, heart-shaped plot on the side of the Fekete-Bács from where we harvest the grapes from for this wine is very important to me. It’s a beautiful place with a full panoramic view of the Tapolca Valley. I spend a lot of time here with the family, and our big dream is to move here for our retirement years.” Laci Nagy.
