100% Sauvignon Blanc from the northern shore of Lake Balaton. After the manual harvest, it was spontaneously fermented in tanks, in which it was also kept until bottling. The nose is dominated by green herbs and notes of elderberry, while the palate is led by citrus, lime and subtly salty minerality. It’s a refreshing white wine that is not too boisterous, showing the more elegant side of the variety.
