Vines of over 31 years of age from the Fekete Bács vineyard, growing on basalt-rich forest soil. Hand-harvested, with spontaneous fermentation in tank and barrel. A few minutes of aeration is recommended, as within a short time, the nose opens up greatly, and the greenish character well-known from the variety intensifies. The palate is juicy, simultaneously fleshy, lively and mineral. An excellent Sauvignon Blanc with a great price-to-value ratio.
