An ‘estate wine’ selected from the winery's finest barrels. Hand-harvested Chardonnay from sandy, brown forest soils mixed with sandbanks, from the first planting in 2009, blended in excellent proportions with Riesling, Olaszrizling and Grüner Veltliner.
Aromas of white flowers, peach and pear, with a pleasantly salty-mineral palate and woody flavours that complement the wine.
The name refers to the remnants of the Pannonian Sea, found at a depth of 12 metres, beneath a volcanic rock layer, during the construction of the new winery.
