Made from hand-harvested grapes that come from the basalt soil of Csobánc, from vines planted in 1987 above Káptalantóti. Spontaneously fermented in tanks, where it was also aged for half a year. Owing to the gradual reduction and eventual complete exclusion of oak use, the Austrian variety that belongs to the winery’s one-star series is lighter, livelier and fresher that its predecessors. It has mineral terroir notes and the variety’s typical aromas of white pepper, citrus fruit and green apple.
