Grüner Veltliner (100%) from basalt-rich, brown forest-soil vineyards, planted in 1987, above Káptalantóti. The hand-harvested grapes underwent spontaneous fermentation in tanks and large Stockinger barrels, and after half a year of barrel ageing, the wine was released onto the shelves.

In 2024, the variety’s well-known spicy, peppery character is replaced by a rich, creamy structure. The nose reveals citrus and herbal aromas, which are followed by an impressive palate, with elegant acidity and an oily texture.
