Grapes harvested in perfect ripeness from Köveskál and Szentbékkálla, from limestone, basalt and red Permian sandstone. The 80% Pinot Noir is complemented by 20% Kékfrankos. It was spontaneously fermented in tanks, then it was rested for half a year before bottling. Owing to the weather and the place of growth, it’s more substantial and authentic than the primary fruit-driven rosés, with freshness and fruitiness kept at the right proportion.
