The selected Syrah bunches of the Diós-tető vineyard were harvested in their ripest form, fermented in tanks with 28-day long skin contact. It was aged for 16 months in 225-litre Hungarian and American oak barrels, 20% of which were new Trust, the rest between 1 and 2 years old. Deep purple colour, exciting peppery, spicy aromas with black fruit. The peppery, oaky, blackberry notes also define the palate.
