The eighth vintage of one of our best-value Rieslings, from Balatonboglár’s Kecskés vineyard. After the gentle pressing, it was fermented at 14-16 degrees Celsius, in temperature-controlled steel tanks, then aged for two months with the stirring of the fine lees. It’s a taut, fresh Riesling, with 4 grams of residual sugar that rounds out the palate.
