After a manual harvest, the wine underwent controlled fermentation in tanks, putting the emphasis on freshness. It showcases the variety’s characteristic sweet fruitiness, vibrant acidity and pleasant spiciness. The noes exudes citrus notes, while the palate reveals hints of green apple.
