From early-harvested and rapidly fermented varieties, Dani created the nouveau version, ‘Első Fecske’ (First Swallow). This fresh interpretation of the classic Fecske blend is marked with a special seal on the label, and only a small quantity of it has been made. Reflecting the warm vintage, the wine exhibits richer and fruitier notes from the ripe raw material. Vibrant and lively, with a brilliant appearance and aromas of citrus fruit and green herbs. On the palate, it is juicy and reminiscent of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
