The two Loliense wines provide the backbone of the Konyári selection, and since the first vintages both have been prepared in a similar way, with precision, and the varietal composition is roughly the same. Half of it is Merlot, the other half is shared equally by the two Cabernet varieties. It is aged in new and used 225-litre Trust barrels for 14 months. The usual pronounced oak use of Dani Konyári, with sweet spices and smoke. Full-bodied, long palate, with excellent balance. It is one of the best Lolienses of recent years, refined to perfection by the year of bottle ageing.
