The estate's ‘big wine’ opens with explosive aromas of blackberries and oriental spices. Based on the recipe that hasn’t changed since 2009, the Bordeaux-style Cabernet blend (2/3 Sauvignon, 1/3 Franc) is only made in the best vintages. The four weeks of maceration and the barrel ageing lasting for 14 months create the wine's flavour that is full of energy and plenty of fruit.
