A light yet complex Sauvignon Blanc from Dani Konyári's cellar. An oilier, denser texture than usual, with unmistakable cut grass and bright green notes on the nose. Flavours of ripe tropical fruits, a rounded palate thanks to ageing on fine lees, and subtle salinity on the finish.
