Under the management of Florian Zaruba, the 60-hectare Kristinus estate has been cultivated biodynamically for four years, and since last year we have been selecting wines that are becoming more and more convincing every year. The first wines of the new vintage arrived in May, including the Zweigelt rosé, with its explosive flavours. The juice was thick in the grapes, the sugar level was higher, with fermentation on the skins and ageing in amphorae playing a greater role in the cellar. The estate's new rosé is clear, only slightly cloudy, with a minimum of lees. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
