An unfiltered Orange wine made from 100% hand-harvested Tramini (Traminer) grapes, cultivated in the greatest possible harmony with nature and made with minimal intervention. It was spontaneously fermented on the skins for 18 days, followed by 6 months of ageing in clay eggs. Intensely spicy with notes of black tea and a long, substantial finish.
