Florian Zaruba took over the management of the Kristinus winery in 2015, bringing along a complete transformation. Following a few years of preparation, in 2018, he switched to biodynamic cultivation for the entire estate, encompassing 60 hectares of vineyards. From the 2020 vintage, such light handmade wines with lively flavours have been made, such as this Zenit. It was spontaneously fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, bottled without filtering and fining, with a touch of sulphur. A fresh, cool and citrusy wine, with lively acidity.
