The larger part is Kékfrankos, the smaller part is Pinot Noir – this is how is Káli Kövek’s 2022 rosé from the Balatonfelvidék was made. After the manual harvest, it was spontaneously fermented in tanks, in which it was then rested for four months. In addition to the strawberries on the nose, it has a rose and floral character. Sour red berry fruits are complemented by subtle mineral notes on the palate. A light, yet complex rosé.
