A rosé from Balaton-felvidéki (Balaton Uplands), made from Kékfrankos (67%) and Pinot Noir (33%), handpicked at different times. Spontaneous fermentation, followed by 8 months of ageing in stainless steel tanks. The familiar aromas of strawberry, rosehip and flowers dominate, with restrained red berry flavours, strawberry and raspberry on the palate. It’s understated, elegant and mineral, with every sip evoking the summer at Lake Balaton.
