This Olaszrizling was grown in an exceptionally limestone soil instead of basalt which is typical in the vineyards of Kál. Grapes are harvested from thirty-year grapevines of the Mezőmál vineyard. The stum was pressed from whole bunch of grapes and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, then aged in large barrels for ten months. A layered fragrance opens up slowly, the sip is fleshy and wide-textured, long-lasting, multi-layered.
