The blend of three French varieties, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and a touch of overripe Sárgamuskotály, harvested together from the limestone soil of the Barátszökő vineyard in Balatonszőlős. The different varieties were harvested on the same day, fermented together in tanks, with stirring of the lees. It’s a real village wine with a concentrated, thick, oily structure, vibrant acidity and the flavours of grapes.
