A layered Olaszrizling from the most important vineyard of the Homola estate, from the Hajnóczy in Paloznak. The gently-pressed must was spontaneously fermented in five-hectolitre barrels, then aged for half a year on fine lees. Flowers, camomile, Reseda (mignonette flower), citrus and ripe peach on the restrained nose, then apples and minerality on the palate, with sour almond notes, warmth and oak spices on the finish.
