Smoke, olives, salt, maturity. A classic, spicy Syrah from the estate’s central vineyard, Hajnóczy, showing a slightly looser structure than previous vintages. After hand-harvesting, it underwent traditional spontaneous fermentation in open vats, then it was aged for two years in used 500-litre barrels. Bottled unfiltered.
