Cabernet Franc from the top of Siralomvágó, from half a hectare. Small berries, dense raw material – more skin than juice. After longer barrel ageing, and given sufficient time, it is bottled as a complex and deep wine. Blackcurrant, plum, subtle spiciness, with tobacco and anise in the background. A velvety structure and a long palate. A Bordeaux variety, yet with a more Burgundian sense of balance. The estate’s flagship red wine. A tribute to Bishop János Ranolder.
