International varieties from Csopak, from red Permian sandstone. The bunches that were harvested in one batch to capture acidity were put into the press where the wine underwent controlled fermentation with Burgundian yeast. Light, almost sweetish aromas of peach, yellow apple and gooseberry. Medium-bodied, razor sharp acidity.
