Dávid Bökő's subtly cloudy and vibrant Olaszizling, ‘Parti Sétány’, has quickly become a classic among our Balaton selection. For the fourth vintage, organically cultivated grapes from Balatonfüred and Csopak were selected, and after pressing, the pure must was spontaneously fermented. Pure, long-lasting flavours with pleasant salinity, a refreshing tartness and lower alcohol than in previous vintages. Unfiltered, unfined, with minimal sulphur.
