A fresh and reductive rosé made from Homola’s most typical varieties (Syrah and Kékfrankos), from the temperature-controlled tanks of the gravity-flow winery. The manual-harvest was followed by brief skin contact, then controlled fermentation and ageing in tanks until the bottling the following April.
