An old wine within the Homola selection that used to be made from several varieties, including Olaszrizling and Pinot Gris earlier. Compared to the 100% series, it aims to achieve a fuller, yet easy to interpret style. In 2020, it went through a great change and since then Parti Szél has been made solely from Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are picked at perfect ripeness from plots near Csopak, where the warm vineyards with fertile soil are close to the lake. The reductive fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled tanks, ageing is brief, the wine is explosive and fresh with a New World style. The structure of the palate, the warmer fruits and the longer mineral palate is what makes this wine undoubtedly a Homola wine.
