The new vintage strikes a golden balance between the bright, crisp, varietally expressive style and the fuller, more richly detailed Loire-inspired direction. The intense and pure nose exudes peach, citrus and white flowers. On the palate, it is elegant, medium-bodied and subtly phenolic. Made from hand-picked, organically-cultivated grapes from an exceptionally early harvest in mid-August. Fermentation and ageing occurred primarily in the classic temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with a smaller portion spontaneously fermented and aged in Speidel egg vessels. After six months of ageing, the wine was bottled under light screwcap.

Homola estate has been spent developing a new image. In terms of grape growing and winemaking, they have been following the terroir-based, organic direction for a long time. The focus is on Paloznak, two local varieties (Olaszrizling, Kékfrankos) and two international varieties (Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah).
