Dávid Blaskó moved to one of the quietest corners of the Káli Basin. His estate, Sazü, is unconventional in every detail – from its name to its setting: a steep, one-hectare vineyard tucked away between tree lines and rocky slopes, humming with the sound of cicadas, planted with spicy varieties such as Grenache and Syrah.

Deep flavours, spices and dark colours. Even a single drop is enough to stain the glass. The pastel-coloured labels echo the chairs of Marcel Breuer, while in the wines, abundant flavours meet the spiciness of southern French reds and the richness of southern Italian Primitivo. Black olive, violet, graphite, energy and juiciness.
From the Köves-hegy-vineyard, in Mindszentkálla, 
Fermented in vat, then aged for 10 months in Flexcube tanks.
Bottled in June 2024 without fining or filtration.
