For the estate’s brightest wine, the grapes were selected from three hectares on the Mindszentkála site, which has been continuously cultivated by the Archdiocese for 750 years. Textbook Riesling notes of apricot, honey, and on the palate, alongside peach, it has a subtly salty, vibrantly acidic character. After the hand harvest, the must was placed into cooled tanks; then after fermentation, half of the batch matured without movement, while the other half was aged with continuous lees stirring. The female figures on the Mandorla labels were inspired by the motifs of the Archbishop’s Palace ceremonial dining hall.
