It has a deep, almost pomegranate colour, a pristinely pure nose, lively acidity and a vibrant mineral note that runs through the palate. The history of the four-hectare Mindszentkálla estate dates back to 1277. It’s unreal, yet true: for the past 750 years, these grapes have belonged continuously to the archbishopric, and now they are also harvested from here for rosé.
