Gergő Böjt’s white wine from Ostoros was harvested from an organically-cultivated plot, fermented in tanks and 5% of it was aged in barrels for 3 months. Olaszrizling, Riesling, Leányka, Sauvignon Blanc and Muskotály. It’s a pristinely pure wine that is light, yet complex with a cheerful, floral nose. Mineral notes, lime, citrus, flowers, grapefruit and a touch of residual sugar.
