Gergő Böjt's white wine from Ostoros originates from organically cultivated vineyards and was fermented in tanks, then aged for 4 months – 75% in tanks and 25% in barrels. This wine is a harmonious blend of grape varieties: Olaszrizling, Leányka, Muskotály, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. The nose exudes cheerful floral notes, while its flavour profile combines pristine purity and lightness with mineral notes, lime, citrus, flowers and grapefruit, complemented by a touch of residual sugar. Thanks to the controlled fermentation in tanks, the wine possesses a light yet complex character.
