Gergő Böjt’s white wine from Ostoros comes from organically cultivated vineyards, and 2024 is the first vintage that officially holds organic certification. Fermented in tanks and aged for 4 months – 70% in stainless steel tanks, 30% in oak barrels. The wine is a harmonious blend of the Olaszrizling, Leányka, Sárgamuskotály and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties. The nose evokes spring flowers, while on the palate, purity and lightness meet mineral notes, lime, citrus and grapefruit. Thanks to controlled fermentation in tanks, the wine has a light yet complex character, making it an ideal thirst-quencher for hot summer days.
