János Bolyki's Sauvignon Blanc comes from a mid-September harvest and represents the fresh, aromatic style of the Eger wine region. Citrus, elderberry and green pepper notes dominate the nose. This wine has a vibrant acid structure that’s light and refreshing. It underwent controlled fermentation and short ageing in stainless steel tanks to preserve the variety's pure, primary fruitiness.
