Gál Tibor's 2022 Bikavér is primarily made from Kékfrankos, complemented by Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Kadarka, Cabernet Sauvignon and a touch of Merlot. The varieties were fermented separately, slowly and spontaneously, and then aged in 500-litre barrels. After one year, they were blended and bottled unfiltered. The nose is filled with forest fruits, such as strawberry, blackberry and sloe, with a hint of earthiness. The palate is complex, medium-bodied, with great drinkability and a long finish.
